Tracy Caprio
Hopewell Security Founder Tracy Caprio has strong business, technology, and leadership acumen forged across decades and several successful business formations.
Business – Creative problem solving lay at the heart of Tracy’s business formations. Her creativity is supported by the rigors of a business degree from Purdue, her Georgetown paralegal training, and years of experience. Combined, they provide the financial knowledge, legal skills, and constitutional resolve to navigate the many challenges of business ownership.
Technology – Tracy is a legacy tech player with Big Data experience for public and private sector clients. She developed methodology for large scale statistical modeling, the precursor to AI, in multiple practice areas including energy, finance and healthcare. App development is her side hustle and currently has a patent application before the PTO for an art education app.
Leadership - Tracy dedicates her sentinel energy to lead collaboratively on teams messaging, culture, and doing the right things. She is a strong written and oral communicator. Tracy knows an organization’s culture doesn’t happen by accident and advocates for strong DEIA in policy and practice. As a woman, she has never dimmed her light for anyone.
